About Us

Elbridge Water District is a water utility in Obion County, Tennessee, providing water services to the residents in certain parts of the county.

The district’s water source is groundwater, and it serves residential, commercial, and Industrial customers. Elbridge Water Association services rural areas west of Obion/HWY 51. Areas of service include Elbridge, Cloverdale, Miston, Bogota, Minnick, Glass, Possum Trot, Englewood, Mt. Moriah area, Troy Protemus, and the rural area of Hornbeak. Elbridge was established as a community effort to meet the water needs of rural areas in Obion. As a small system serving rural West TN, our rates are as low as possible. The Elbridge Water Association board members serve as volunteers and work hard to ensure these areas are provided with water. We are continuing to run new lines to meet the needs of our community and are thankful for our board members, customers, and supporters. Our monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. Our meeting location is: 4730 Elbridge Road. Please note this is not our office address.
